1. If you require 20 rooms or more, use this form to submit your request to a participating International CES hotel.
   Note: select hotels are accepting requests for 10 or more rooms, as noted below.
2. The hotel will respond to you within 3 business days regarding rates and availability.
3. The hotel will give you a deadline date as to when you must commit to these rooms and sign a contract with them.
